what you get
for every friend who subscribes AND actually uses Folk — on any plan, monthly or annual, Pro or Max — you earn $25 cash. (friends on regional or student pricing earn you $5, matching what they pay.)
"actually uses Folk" means they've sent at least 15 messages — enough to show they're a real user, not just a signup. the $25 unlocks the moment BOTH are true: they've paid, and they've hit 15 messages (in either order).
rewards stack with no cap. refer three friends who subscribe and use it, get $75.
getting paid
each reward clears about a week after your friend's first payment (that's the refund window), then pays out automatically:
- open your dashboard → referrals → connect payouts.
- verify your identity and add where you want the money to go (bank account, and more) — takes a couple minutes, one time only.
- cleared rewards land in your payout balance automatically from then on.
